How to use
The tour departs at Victoria Coach Station, Gate 19-20. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour departure time for check-in and boarding. Wait for the tour to be called (Tour 9).
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Return transfer back to London departs Windsor at approximately 1:00pm
