How to use

You can board the bus at 99 Jefferson Street (at the corner of Mason St.) or any of the stops along the way after redeeming your voucher. The Bay Cruise departs either from Pier 41 or Pier 39. You will receive the specific departure location and further information once you redeem your voucher.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Departure times for the bay cruise vary according to season. In general, there are approx. 4-5 departures per day during the week and approx. 8 departures during the weekend. Please enquire upon arrival
Your experience starts with the bus tour. City tours run daily from 10 AM to 5 PM
Once activated at first use, your hop-on hop-off bus ticket is valid for 2 days
