The driver and leader Thomas was very responsible. He emailed us two days in advance to wait in the hotel lobby at 7:00 in the morning and asked if we needed to prepare lunch boxes. The car arrived 5 minutes in advance on the day of departure. A van full of eight of our tourists arrived at the destination smoothly. Thomas handed us over to the English guide at Auschwitz and told us to go to the bathroom first, where there are fewer people, and then we followed the tour guide to the attraction. Set aside 15 minutes at noon, everyone returns to the car to eat, and then continue to visit the second camp. For people who like history, this is a visit with a deep experience.  The return trip was also very smooth, and it was sent directly back to the hotel. ★

We had an excellent experience with this Auschwitz & Auschwitz-Birkenau tour from start to finish. Wiktoria, the tour organiser, was fantastic very prompt in responding and genuinely accommodating. When our original date wasn’t available, she offered a great alternative and ensured everything was organised seamlessly, including booking us with an excellent and knowledgeable guide at both Auschwitz and Birkenau. The tour itself was incredibly powerful, moving, and surreal. It is confronting but deeply important, and the guide handled such a sensitive subject with respect and care. It is truly a must-do to better understand history and honour those who suffered. Our driver, Grzesiek, was also wonderful. He was punctual, friendly, answered our questions. On the return journey, he even offered to drop us off in the city instead of the hotel if we wanted to explore further. The hotel pick-up service was very convenient and made the whole experience stress-free. Would absolutely recommend.★

Absolutely stunning must do tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau and then on to the stunning salt mines with mr.shuttle arranged via booking.com. The tour guide at auschwitz-birkenau jerry was particularly excellent and really highlighted the tour for us with his knowledge. I can’t even explain this tour it was just stunning from start to finish. We were collected at 6am from our hotel and dropped off around 5.30pm door to door. We were at auschwitz very early but it was already tremendously busy. Without the guide there is a lot we would have either missed or not understood. On from Auschwitz to birkenau camp 2 to continue the tour and then a very decent packed lunch was provided to us all of consisting of a decent pasta salad, a large cheese / ham bun, chocolate bar & a bottle of water. After lunch we headed to the salt mines for the afternoon and again enjoyed a very thorough guided tour. The mines were stunning and even though there were a lot of steps down it was very safe. We pre booked to make sure we made the most of our visit and it was certainly worth doing. I would highly recommend this tour company, we really couldn’t fault them at all. If you only do one tour it should be this one.★

Driver was great. Communicated clearly, have useful tips and kept the day moving. He accommodated the older guests with care and I would reccomend this tour to anyone visiting Krakow
