The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use.Ā  There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG
