The departure point was indicated correctly. The bus was comfortable, and the staff was excellent. We were seated immediately. The audio guide worked perfectly. It was clear what was being said. The narration was interesting. They showed us the city's most important sights, and the selection was perfect.★

Fast and easy booking on Trip but the extra surcharges see not reflected in the final price, has to pay $11 extra per pax on tickets collection. Had a bit of glitch during tickets collection, Batam Fast claimed payment was not received from Trip so we had to wait while they call and check. Took about 45mins to resolve payment issue, good thing we were at ticket office 1 hour beforehand. So a word of caution for those who purchase ferry tickets on Trip, go early to collect. Ferry fast and smooth, seats ok, aircon a bit weak in cabin.★

The cabin environment was impeccable—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, it's true that some people vomit when the waves are rough, which is quite normal. My travel companion vomited too.★

Bringing children up here for a fishing experience is a great idea, as the crew is very patient in teaching them how to fish. It's a pretty good experience for kids.
