We booked the 4‑day/3‑night Nile River cruise through Trip.com, and our local agent was Fayrouz Egypt Travel Company, with Ahmed as our tour operator. He was excellent—communication was smooth, responses were always prompt, and he checked in with us at the end of each day to make sure everything was going well. We truly appreciated that level of care. The tour price included the river cruise as well as guided visits to all the “must‑see” cultural and historical sites in Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor. We were especially delighted that the tour also included Abu Simbel Temples and a hot‑air balloon ride in Luxor. All pick‑ups and drop‑offs were smooth and clearly communicated. The local guides were very good—especially Ahmed Eltayeb in Luxor and Ahmed Awad in Aswan. Both were very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Our drivers, Mohamed (Luxor) and Said (Aswan), drove carefully and smoothly, and we felt very safe with them throughout the trip.

Visiting the tombs of the pharaohs and admiring their decorations is a fantastic experience. Avoid the holiday seasons (Christmas and New Year's) to avoid the long lines. In any case, it's worth it.

Great trip and made easier by the staff. Drivers were excellent and got us there as quick as possible, they also made sure we had enough cold water and drinks throughout the day. Our guide Sherif was excellent, very approachable and knowledgeable. He made our trip a little easier in the sun by making sure we had shaded areas to stand in and even bought us all an ice cream to cool down. It is a long day from Hughes’s but definitely worth it. The bus was comfortable and AC was very helpful as the temperature reached 42c. I would definitely recommend this company for a trip to Luxor!

It was one of the best tours that you could get in New York. We had it booked almost at the end of our 2 weeks Christmas holiday and it was incredible because everything that the guide told us made sense and we understood everything that she was talking about. It was nice to receive so much information about the New York City and the surroundings from a local and would highly recommended it.

Excellent! Bruce is a skilled story teller with a good voice who made the history of the Brooklyn bridge (and more) fascinating. Even the kids (10 and 16 years old) loved it and were surprised to actually love to listen to history and anecdotes about Brooklyn. Thank you Bruce! You made this visit memorable!

From the moment I walked in, the Muppet Exhibit was more than just a display it felt like stepping into a living memory lane. It beautifully captures the creativity, humor, and heart that Jim Henson and the Muppets have given the world for decades. The curation is exceptional. Each section flows naturally, showcasing not just the characters we all love but also the artistry behind them, sketches, storyboards, original puppets, and behind-the-scenes footage. You get a true sense of the painstaking craft that goes into each character, from their design to their mannerisms. One of the highlights for me was being able to stand just inches away from some of the iconic puppets. Seeing the details up close… the stitching, the textures, the expressive eyes… was something I never fully appreciated on screen. It gave me a new level of respect for the performers and builders who bring them to life.
