Upon arrival at terminal, you need to go left to Information center ( pic 1 ) to get your ticket, you can choose what train you want to catch. After you go straight forward and pass a barrier and follow skyliner sign and go left ( not straight as colour orange might mislead you ). Overall nice and straightforward process for AirPort Express. When it comes to 3 day Metro ticket, I couldn’t find ticket machine with QR code reader in my first station so I pressed assistance button close to gate and employee came and took me to their office and issued the ticket. Second one I bought also didn’t work on QR code reader so I was sent to main office again and got the new one within few minutes.★

I had a great time! The tour is exactly as the description and the tour guide spoke English well and was very attentive and kind. The ninja was cool and made sure the tour ran smoothly. Posing with him for pictures was fun.★
