This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service. Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time. Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.

The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Bingbing, was incredibly kind. At the Asahikawa Zoo stop, she personally led us to the penguin parade area, where we found a great viewing spot. Along the way, she also recommended other attractions and local delicacies. The weather was fantastic today, and we visited all the attractions, plus the tour guide gave us 5 to 10 minutes more time than usual. We enjoyed local cuisine and bought some souvenirs we liked. So happy! 😃

Bingbing, our tour guide, gave excellent explanations and recommended delicious food at every attraction along the way. The accompanying Chinese driver was also very steady, and I didn't feel carsick even on the many mountain roads.

We were staying in in Asahikawa and our tour guide Rii was wonderful in facilitating us being able to join and leave the tour . She was very helpful throughout the trip and was definitely one of the highlights in our booking.

I would like to recommend this trip to anyone who wants to explore Hokkaido in depth from Sapporo. Lisa is one of the best tour guides—she always smiles, gives us helpful advice about Hokkaido, and keeps the schedule on time to make sure everyone is punctual. The tour route was excellent, and we got a lot of great photos from this trip. I think this is one of the best experiences I’ve had during my trip to Japan.
