How to use
This tour does not include transfers. Please proceed to the wharf for check-in and boarding on your own. Taxis are hard to find in Airlie, so we strongly recommend arriving at the meeting point earlier than the required meeting time. No refunds, changes, or compensations will be provided for late arrivals or missed departures!

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1. If the customer is late or fails to attend the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted on these grounds.
2. Itinerary Adjustment: This itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or suspensions due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other factors. Your cooperation is appreciated.
3. If guests voluntarily abandon the itinerary during the trip due to personal reasons, they will be responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses incurred, and no refund will be provided for the itinerary fees.
