We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.

I definitely recommend this transport company. When I had problems with my plans, the manager arranged for me to change the bus to an earlier time. The booking and communication process was very simple. The managers were always available. The bus arrived at the starting point a little late, but in the end, we arrived at our destination 20 minutes early. Thank you.

I used Da Nang Airport Ben in Hoi An. Since I am alone, it is more than half cheaper than Grab. And the original pick-up place is Ivy Hotel.. The day before, I changed it to the pick-up in front of the hotel I was staying in through KakaoTalk, so I was able to move to the airport really comfortably. It was 7 o'clock in the morning, but the locals also use it a lot!
