If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Important note
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure to board the train.
Train services will be suspended on December 25 for Christmas.
Each passenger is allowed to carry two large pieces of baggage with a total weight not exceeding 40 kg. No single piece should exceed 20 kg. Additional fees apply for items like surfboards, bicycles, and skis. Due to space limitations, each train has a maximum capacity of 4 bicycles, so please make reservations in advance.
Smoking is prohibited in all train cars (including certain outdoor areas of the cars).
Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult when traveling by train.
In summer, trains may experience speed restrictions and delays due to high track temperatures; in winter, departure delays may occur due to snow removal from the tracks.
The train may depart early from intermediate stations if all passengers have boarded.
