How to use

Passengers must present 45 minutes before departure time.

Passengers need to present e - tickets and original identification documents to check in on the ferry.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 9:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 9:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

Important note

Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person

Passenger is responsibility for safekeeping their baggages

Restricted items not allowed to be brought onboard including: smelly foods, explosives, incendiary substances, chemicals, drugs, weapons and other goods prohibited by Government regulations.

Children aged 0-5 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Children aged 11+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Children aged 6 - under 11 will be charged child's rate

Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
