The trip was well organised with Mia and Rachel giving clear instructions regarding timings, pick up and drop off points. The shuttle bus was comfortable and the driver professional. The Pandas themselves were beyond cute.

It was a very satisfying and enjoyable trip. Bin's English is excellent; our child listened attentively and was completely absorbed. He introduced various customs and general knowledge in a clear, concise, and informative way. I visited the Panda Base in 2016 and found it very crowded then; now, I heard it's even more crowded with the arrival of Hua Hua, so we chose Wolong Panda Base, which was indeed much less crowded. Throughout the volunteer trip, the child learned about various aspects of pandas and observed them up close. As an adult, I also learned a lot, making it a very worthwhile trip. Furthermore, our guide, Bin, provided me with a lot of information about Chongqing tourism, which was a great help for the rest of the trip. He truly understands the highlights of foreign tours.

Great experience! We were a couple and they picked us up at the hotel. They had a super comfortable car and an attentive driver who was with us all day. Unfortunately, we only had 10 minutes of direct contact with the panda, and only one. Too little time for the money, and we weren't allowed to wash the cages. Too many rules, you can't do anything. Photos in the working area are prohibited. Nice, but not worth the money.

I really liked the panda breeding facility. In the summer, the pandas are kept in glass enclosures in air-conditioned spaces. We watched the pandas eat fruit and bamboo for about 14 hours, but each enclosure varied.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour, especially thanks to our driver, 李善学! We were travelling with my elderly mum, and he was always friendly, patient and very accommodating towards her, making sure she was comfortable throughout the trip. One night, my husband had a bad migraine after dinner, and we needed to rush back to the hotel. He was very understanding and considerate, which we really appreciated. On our way back to Chengdu, he also kindly took us to a few additional spots since we have time that were not included in the original itinerary, giving us the opportunity to see more along the way. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile to make our trip more enjoyable. Overall, we are very grateful for his excellent service and warm hospitality.

Hongdingyan Imperial Banquet was a fantastic experience, especially as a solo traveler. Unlike a typical hot pot restaurant where meals are usually shared family-style, this restaurant offers individual hot pots, allowing me to enjoy the experience comfortably on my own without getting too stuffed. The staff was able to accommodate my “non spicy” request. The food presentation was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Beyond the meal itself, the live performances and entertaining atmosphere made the experience much more than just dinner.
