Meet at the bus stop (RD) by York Station on Station Road by The Milner York (previously Principal York) Hotel. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour start time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Unfortunately the bus is not wheelchair accessible
The tour requires good weather, if your tour is canceled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund
Smoking, eating, and drinks other than bottled water are not permitted while onboard
The local operator takes no responsibility for items left on the bus. Personal items are carried at the owners risk and local operator can take no responsibility for items damaged or lost
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour start time
