We had an incredible tour with Bally! Even though the weather wasn’t the friendliest or warmest, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Bally is very engaging and makes every step of the trip fun and special. He has a natural gift for connecting with people—within minutes, it felt like we were exploring with a good friend rather than a guide. He goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a typical tour. With him, it’s not just an activity to check off your itinerary; it becomes a memorable experience in itself. You can genuinely feel how much he loves what he does, and that passion makes the tour even more special. We had so much fun on this hike. Jacob was an amazing guide and we felt safe the entire way. Heading out to a dark sky area in the mountains at night is a fantastic experience.

This tour really lived up to our expectations, it allowed us to make a first exploration of Banff National Park by visiting a multitude of places not to be missed. Our guide Bally drove us well from one place to another with even personalized explanations 😉 between the points of the tour. We had plenty of time at each stop and we had priority being in a minivan which was much appreciated. Our guide Bally ensured our comfort by regularly offering us water. A beautiful full day that I recommend to everyone to discover this beautiful corner of Alberta. Sébastien

Today's itinerary was relatively relaxing. The most beautiful part was Lake Minnewanka. The drivers and guides here were all excellent. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the Sulphur Mountain Cable Car. I thought the driver and guide could buy tickets for it at the beginning of the trip, but I didn't expect that I couldn't buy it on the same day. The driver and guide told me I had to buy it myself when I arrived at the destination. If there were many tourists, I might not be able to buy it. It was a waste of our time and the price was much higher. I hope tourists can be informed of this in advance. It's different from domestic tours.
