Excellent trout organization and very friendly staff. While it was a pity that the Waitomo Cave tour was canceled due to bad weather and flooding, the Hobbiton village experience was amazing.★

We love it! We were picked up right on time and our driver was very kind and professional. The van was super comfortable, and we really appreciated having private transportation ❤️ The Hobbiton tour was amazing!! We arrived with enough time to get breakfast and visit the souvenir store. Our guide was fantastic, and both my brother and I had such a great time! We even received a Hobbiton cup as a “compensation” because they were doing some works in a small part of the field. I barely noticed it… but the detail made the experience even more special. The Waitomo Caves are absolutely stunning! so beautiful that almost look unreal. It truly feels like looking at a million galaxies. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely one I would highly recommend. A big thank you to our driver for all the helpful tips and details along the way ❤️Trip.com picks
