I arrived 15 minutes early, but the bus driver was unhelpful and wouldn't open the doors until 3 minutes before departure. Furthermore, we didn't depart on time; we left 10 minutes late. The bus ride itself was comfortable, but the driver was a real disappointment.

I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.

Our guide, Alicia, was excellent! The only was with the main office, who forgot to include me on the list for the trip and there was a little shortage of the ear pieces. Overall, it's totally worth it, especially if you are lucky with the guide as we were. It's definitely a good idea to have a city tour prior to you start exploring it in depth. We were there just for a day, and having a tour in the morning helped us to navigate around the city.

My family of four (including kids ages 10 and 6) loved this tour. The guide, Danys, was great! Very entertaining and knowledgeable. We were able to try foods that we wouldn’t have otherwise tried. A great way to tour the city and also try local foods.


