overall, the trip was nice especially the tour guide on that day. they just changed our itinerary to port douglas instead of Cape Tribulation because of the recent flooding at Daintree.★

The team provided excellent service, carefully explaining marine knowledge and itinerary precautions on the way there. However, the itinerary was very tight. We arrived at the Great Barrier Reef at nearly 12:00, immediately participated in a semi-submarine tour, followed by lunch, and then snorkeling. Time was limited, and we had to prepare to return to the water around 2:30. I do not recommend participating in any more experiences, as it was very rushed.★

Me and my family took an army duck tour last sunday and we had a really good time. We would like to compliment your new guide Mark. He had really good and interesting comments about nature and wildlife that made the tour fun and enjoyable. We also loved other activities in Kuranda, like the Pamagirri Aboriginal experience. We learned how to throw a boomerang and we enjoyed the presentation of Aboriginal coulture. The scenic Railway had some really good views and the train to Cairns was most enjoyable. We had Dom as our guide, and he was the best guide anyone could ask for! He could explain everything about every animal and every bush and was also flexible in accommodating special requests for the tour. During the long drive, he included stops to show us even more of the area and give us time to explore. At the wildlife habitat, we had a short tour with a local guide and were able to feed the animals. At Mossman Gorge, we learned about Aboriginal culture, and Dom was able to explain so much more about the culture and the rainforest. On the boat trip, we spotted several crocodiles, both small and large. It was a truly wonderful day, and a huge thank you to Dom!★

This was very much worth seeing, the staff were quite knowledgeable and friendly, the animals appeared well cared for, and the facility was laid out very well, it felt much larger than it is, but all the areas were very easy to walk to in a short time. We saw the snake and croc attack shows, and did the lagoon boat ride.
