Our guide was very nice and engaging. The only downside was that we were the only two Italians in the group, so we spent most of the time listening to a language we didn't understand. I had booked a tour in Italian.

Ivo was very nice and the tour was informative. Unfortunately, the German translation didn't work because the device was broken, but we were able to communicate well in English. We also received special offers for further tours on the following days, but unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of them as we already had other plans.

It was wonderful to observe the flamingos in their natural habitat. The guide even had binoculars with him. Personally, I would have liked a bit more general information about the environment, the biology of the birds, etc.


