We were picked up at our hotel by Milli and Mr Rene. The navigated us safely through the city all the while Milli gave us a lot of very interesting and anecdotal information about the city. We went to the old part of the city and enjoyed an informative and friendly conversation about Lima and its colourful and interesting history. Milli was engaging and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We enjoyed a coffee and light snack with her while chatting amiably about Peruvian cuisine and culture. She shared local food names with me so that I could recognize them on our travels. All in all we had a great time in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere
