Our driver was very helpful when we first boarded. I needed a charging cable & he told me where on our route I could hop off to get one on our way to the castle. Very cordial, friendly and welcoming. From the young folk that sell the tickets to the ones that drive you around. Overall a very clean, comfortable ride. They provide headphones for the audio on board in several languages for all visitors.★

Did the math and it was cheaper to do this route than individually getting the tickets for the places we wanted to go to. Also, would recommend if you have little ones with you. We had our 1 yo and 4 yo with us. There was room for the stroller downstairs.★

Great fun. Our guide was Tommy Terror and he was excellent and engaging and told us about ghosts and murderers around the route. There were some fun happenings on the screen we were watching and we got off for ten minutes at St Cuthbert graveyard and church. Definitely recommend this. Lasted just over an hour
