Very straightforward to use. Met up with the RoundPlus representative via WhatsApp messages and was taken to the fast-track desk that had no queue. Probably saved a couple of hours of queuing time. A little overpriced, considering it is only a 2-minute chaperone from the meeting point to the empty immigration desk, but it does save a lot of time and frustration. Will probably use the service again for my next Vietnam trip.★
