Meals
For tour group meals, the travel agency will ensure that the sanitation and quantity of meals meet the promised standards. However, the taste of meals varies by region and may not meet your personal preferences.
Tour Notice
This tour is a tour package that is jointly launched by us and local travel agencies; it is not a private tour package exclusively for Trip.com members. Under the premise of ensuring that the promised service content and standards remain unchanged, our users will join a team with travelers from other travel agencies to arrange their itinerary together.
You're not allowed to leave the group early during the tour. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, it will be deemed that you have forfeited any uncompleted itinerary and no refund will be provided. You shall be responsible for any accidents that may occur after you leave the group.
During peak seasons, skip-the-line services may still require some waiting time due to high visitor volumes. Thank you for your understanding.
During your travels, if your visits to any attractions or venues are affected by uncontrollable factors, your tour guide may propose canceling the relevant visit, visiting an alternative attraction, or providing a refund for the cost of the ticket (refunds are not necessarily the same as those displayed at the attraction/venue). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
During peak travel season or special circumstances, the tour departure time may be earlier or slightly later than what is listed on the itinerary (the actual departure time will be decided by the service staff). Please be prepared in advance.
For this activity, your service staff may need to adjust your itinerary depending on weather, traffic conditions, or other factors. This could mean visiting attractions in a slightly different order or assembling at a different time to enter an attraction. The service staff will always ask your permission before doing this and you won't end up with fewer attractions in your itinerary.
Shopping/optional expenses
During the group tour, there may be shopping venues not arranged by the travel agency in some scenic spots/venues, restaurants, rest areas, and other places. Trip.com reminds you to consume rationally at these places based on your own needs and request a consumption proof. You'll be responsible for any consumption disputes that may occur.
Notes
The flowering period of flowers is greatly influenced by the local climate, and the flower viewing experience may be poor due to the weather.
It is not suitable for diving within 24 hours before or after the flight. This activity is not suitable for use on the first and last day of the trip. Please choose your travel time reasonably.
In case of bad weather and other force majeure, the park may change the operation times of its amusement rides or the performance times without prior notice, and may cancel certain amusement rides and performances. If bad weather results in any equipment failure, shutdown, or cancellation of performances, the travel agency will do its best to assist you in processing changes. Any price difference must be paid for. If the new price is lower than the original price, the excess will be refunded.
There may be some privately operated entertainment and consumption venues at the destination. Most of these venues do not have legal business qualifications and may pose various hidden dangers. For your safety and health, Trip.com reminds you to be cautious when consuming at these venues.
For multi-person tours, the booker or the representative of the group should confirm that all other travelers have authorized them to be their representative for signing the contract. Other travelers must also acknowledge the authorized representative's signature on the tour contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please do not make the booking/sign the contract on behalf of others.
For the sake of the safety of minors, we recommend that minors be accompanied by their legal guardian, or someone who has been given permission to accompany them by their legal guardian.
