Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere.
Let's Go Travel and Boat Lantern Tour—this is the English address I got from the taxi fare shown to me based on the Vietnamese address provided by the shop owner.★

Its worth the money. Touristy but why not? Its cheap, good, vietnam people are hardworking. Give it a try. Best to book 4pm when sun is not so hot. Please also give tips to the boat lady or gentlemen.★
