This trip was fantastic! The scenery was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The service from the cruise company, SST Travel, was also very professional. They contacted me immediately after I purchased the tickets, provided luxury car pick-up and drop-off, and arranged the cruise activities very professionally. The meals were also delicious, and every member of the team was very friendly. I'm happy to give them 5 stars and give them a thumbs up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends next time they come.★

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.★

The most important thing to keep in mind when taking this cruise is that it's not really a cruise. The ship departs from the port and is anchored, and all excursions are on small motorboats. We took a three-day cruise, and it was the best choice. On the first day, we visited popular locations in Halong Bay: 1. Thi Top Island with its observation deck and beach, where we had a wonderful swim, and 2. Sung Sot Cave. On the second day, we transferred to another boat and went to Lan Ha Bay, where it was simply magnificent. There were fewer people. We had a wonderful kayaking trip to Luon Cave, and then swimming in the sea from the ship. We lounged on the deck chairs and sunbathed. The guides were wonderful, caring, and attentive both days. The crew took care of us constantly. The three of us also enjoyed the food; it was plentiful and varied. The only downside was that our cabin didn't have a balcony, but we had to live with it since there were no other three-person cabins available. The transfer was wonderful. This tour was excellent value for money.★

Everything with the tour was good, and the sites you see are beautiful! Phong was a good guide; he explained information about Ha Long Bay and Hanoi, and was always clear about logistics (like where we were going and how long it would take to get there). The lunch and snacks provided were delicious. Some of the logistics were unclear from the *** listing and could have been communicated a little better ahead of time, but the organizers respond very quickly on Whatsapp to all of the questions I had so this wasn’t a problem.
