1. Shaanxi History Museum is a public museum with free admission. Except for the single guide package, all other packages include basic museum admission ticket booking by default. However, availability is not guaranteed after placing an order, and there is a possibility that a booking cannot be secured. The final booking result will be confirmed by customer support.
2. Cultural relics are silent, yet they also speak. We hope that friends who visit the museum can draw strength from history through our guide.
3. After you place your booking, the platform will send a text message confirming your reservation. However, please do not be misled; this only means your booking with the shop was successful. It does not mean the admission ticket reservation was successful. The success of the admission ticket reservation is subject to notification by phone or text message from the shop. If no admission ticket is issued, a full refund will be provided.

5. For guests who have successfully booked admission tickets, the guide will contact you by 10 PM the night before your trip (if you haven't received a message by 10 PM, please contact customer support immediately). Our 24-hour online customer support provides warm service, and you can call for inquiries anytime between 6 AM and 11 PM.
6. There are two guide sessions daily. The morning session gathers around 9:30 AM and the guide starts around 10:00 AM. The afternoon session gathers around 1:30 PM and the guide starts around 2:00 PM. The medium group has about 25 people, and the small join-in tour group has about 16 people (during winter vacation and Lunar New Year, the medium group has about 30 people, and the small group has about 22 people). Expert guides provide a professional 2.5-hour guide, allowing you to truly understand Chinese history and culture.
Special note: During holidays, the venue gets extremely crowded. Please be prepared for this and do not leave us a negative review because of the crowds.
