It was a really fun experience and well worth the price. The tour guide/driver was very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond, even though my Chinese is not great. He helped take lots of nice pictures and was clearly very familiar with the area. Lots of fun activities and a very friendly atmosphere throughout the whole day.★

Although the boarding process was somewhat chaotic, I was mentally prepared because it was New Year's Eve. The food and drinks on board were adequate and plentiful. Before the fireworks display, we could visit coastal attractions. The fireworks were beautiful, spectacular, and from ideal viewing spots.★

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.
