After placing your order, customer support will contact you to provide your passport first page/departure flight ticket. Upon arrival, proceed to the meeting point. A dedicated staff member will assist you through the VIP fast track lane for customs clearance, completing the service.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 3:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 3:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Only Chinese passports and Taiwan passports are eligible for the fast-track service. For passports from other countries, please consult customer support!

Important note

1. If you fail to reach the designated meeting point due to personal reasons and proceed through customs clearance on your own, the fees are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

2. The passport must have no negative records. If there are any, please inform us in advance, as the cost for customs guarantee will differ (e.g., previously holding a Thai Buddhist study visa, volunteer visa, over 2 extensions of pandemic visas, single stay exceeding one month, multiple round-trip entries within one year, detention, visa denied, deportation, re-entry permits, or overstays - all count as negative records).

3. We are not responsible for visa-on-arrival denials, deportations, detentions, or other situations caused by personal reasons.

After placing your booking, please contact customer support and provide the required documents. Your booking will be invalid if the documents are not provided.
