It took four adjustments before we finally got on the flight and saw the fjord, but it was totally worth it! The owner was incredibly dedicated, answering every question and patiently explaining things. He even proactively helped with potential itineraries and helped secure a seat.
Furthermore, the weather check and departure times for my final itinerary were at 1:00 AM China time. I had planned to call and confirm them myself, but the owner was so persistent that he helped confirm them. I was so touched! I highly recommend this place! It was a great choice!★

The receptions and the staff were nice to us and provided a very clear introduction and briefing to us prior to the beginning of the events. They have all sorts of equipment that we could borrow, including Rain coats, backpacks, etc. My guides, Hunter and Kirby, are friendly and professional.★

Great tour company! They go above and beyond with everything they do! Kristina was very knowledgeable about any topics New Zealand, and a great driver too. We had time to do hiking around Mt. Cook, and foremost Kristina went out of her way to get my bag that I left on one of the stops. Huge favour that saved my vacation! Transfer went smooth, everyone was delivered to the destination hotels, even though they had to change the driver for the last couple of stops. Great service! Thanks guys!★
