It was better than I expected. The boat tour in Trang An had so many things to see that the time flew by. The view from Mua Cave was also amazing. The guide was also very kind and explained a lot, which made it easy to understand. Thank you to our guide, Lim.★

The tour, the program, and the guide were great. Only the communication at certain points was a bit unfortunate. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at 7:00 AM, asked if that was possible, and received confirmation. When no bus was in sight at 7:45 AM, we contacted the tour operator and asked to come to the main road instead, as the bus couldn't access the side street. The bus and the ride itself were then excellent. At the port, we were dropped off without any further information and waited again for someone to contact us. This took another half hour. From then on, everything was great again. The boat, food, and program were all good. In Hanoi, we were supposed to be dropped off at our hotel again, but were let out several streets away because the bus was supposedly too big. We definitely could have been dropped off closer to the hotel, as we were practically walking behind the bus. We would recommend the tour, but the communication needs improvement.★
