It was a great visit! The service was very nice and efficient. Our tour guide, Mr. Wang (David), picked us up at the hotel in the morning in a very pleasant car. He was a great tour guide. He gave us a lot of insight and even helped us to plan the rest of our trip in Xi'an. He is a really nice person and we very much enjoyed this day of touring with him

Professional tour mixed with other groups. We were 10 mins late but guide was patient and nice. Picked us up at our hotel even when it’s outside of the ring. Description as is, but note they will ask you for add-on options. Like cable car ride up to Lishan (complimentary if you buy the package) additional virtual reality tour (quite fun but costly). Might be better if you secure your own ride and get an official tour guide at the Terra-Cotta warrior museum itself.

This half-day tour of the Terracotta Warriors was fantastic overall, a fulfilling and comfortable experience. Special praise goes to our guide, Ms. Xing Yajuan; she was incredibly thoughtful, professional, meticulous, and patient. Originally scheduled for 9:30 to 11:30, she led us for a full three hours, without any rush. She also made sure to check on everyone's needs, such as photo opportunities, restroom breaks, souvenir purchases, and whether we were pressed for time. Knowing that many of us dislike crowds, she would deliberately take us to less congested areas for explanations, making the experience clearer and more enjoyable. Ms. Xing has an exceptional understanding of the details of the terracotta warriors, explaining everything from clothing, hairstyles, and expressions to weapons and formations in a vivid and insightful way. I learned a great deal and gained a deeper appreciation for the awe-inspiring nature of the Terracotta Warriors. I highly recommend Ms. Xing Yajuan; she is one of the best and most dedicated guides I've ever encountered on any tour.

My partner and I had a great time on this trip! Our driver Xie Fei was very friendly and accommodating. We learnt lots while practising our basic Chinese, such as aspects of Chengdu's culture and excellent places to go for noodles! Our English-speaking guide at Dujiangyan was very knowledgeable, and we learnt much more than we would have on our own. We were the only people who booked the English tour, and so we were upgraded to a private tour.

Our guide, Jojo was fantastic. She knew which spots to go to avoid the crowds, patiently explaining the research centre and panda's characterics. We could tell that she enjoyed the pandas too and it wasn't just another job - which made the tour fun and interesting. Highly recommend getting a tour guide aa the research centre is huge and you may not know how best to make use of your time. Having said that, do get Jojo and you will not be disappointed!

The driver was enthusiastic, had excellent driving skills, and the ride was safe and smooth! The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the tour guide was patient and attentive. A fantastic day trip experience! Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
