How to use
After placing your order, our staff will contact you by phone as soon as possible to confirm your itinerary
 
② Proceed to the attraction ticket checkpoint on your own: Face the sea and walk to the right side. When you see the beach with tents, look for the Sail Edge Water Sports ticket redemption point.
 
3. Operating hours: 9:00–18:00. Ticket redemption ends 30 minutes before the attraction closes.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 15% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

1. Protect the marine environment and avoid littering in the sea.

2. Children must be accompanied by an adult to purchase the experience; pregnant women are not allowed. Please bring personal items such as sunglasses, sunscreen, and towels. A life jacket must be worn during the experience.

3. In case of natural disasters, severe weather, or other force majeure that may affect safety, the attraction will be closed, and all booked tickets will be fully refunded.
