1. Depending on the city of travel, the standard duration for daily vehicle use is 8-10 hours (total duration), including pick-up/drop-off, transfers between attractions, and guest sightseeing time.

2. If the actual trip exceeds the standard service duration due to extended sightseeing time by the guest, an overtime fee will be charged and paid directly to the driver. The overtime fee rates are: USD 50 per hour for 5-7-seater vehicles and USD 100 per hour for 8-14-seater vehicles.

3. Night service fee: If the vehicle is used between 22:01 and 07:59 local time, an on-site payment of night overtime fee of USD 70/hr is required for the driver-guide.

4. If both overtime and additional service fees occur simultaneously, the higher fee standard will be applied.

6. This product requires "reconfirmation" by customer support. After placing the booking, our agent will contact the local supplier for an updated accurate quote. Subsequent cancellations will be processed according to the "cancellation policy". If you're unsatisfied with the revised quote, customer support will assist in canceling the booking with a full refund to your account.
