The park itself and the attractions are out of this world. We booked a tour with a tour guide and she is so so so so nice, being patient and familiar with the park. She helped us take pictures and tell us stories about the place. Highly recommended ^^

We had an amazing experience at Disneyland Shanghai thanks to our wonderful guide, Maria. Even before the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly taken care of by texting you the arrangement for the day. Maria arranged priority access to the rides, which made a huge difference in maximizing our time in the park — we were able to enjoy so many attractions without the usual long waits. What truly stood out was her knowledge and enthusiasm. As she guided us through the different zones, she shared interesting insights, tips, and stories that really brought the park to life. It felt like we weren’t just visiting, but fully experiencing everything Disneyland had to offer. Maria was also incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable, well-paced, and enjoying every moment. Her friendly and warm personality made the day even more enjoyable. Delicious food and the best view of the city imaginable. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see the entire panorama. The boat wasn't crowded, and you could book a seat on deck for the tour for a small extra charge. But even without a seat, the view was fantastic.

Overall, well planned and good experience. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. Van was new, large, and clean. We did a private tour and communication was good via WeChat. We were picked up at 8:30am and returned back to the hotel at 7:45pm. It was a long day visiting both Suzhou and Zhouzhuang, but I don’t think it would be worth visiting on two separate days. The reason for only 4 stars was that we were charged an additional 3 hours at 150 RMB/hr. After the booking was confirmed, the tour operator said the tour is only for 8 hours of time even though the description on Trip.com said the tour would be 9am-8pm. Seemed like a bit of a bait and switch. They should just put that on the description if there are additional hourly charges.
