How to use
You can also get picked up from anywhere in Phuket.
 
The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking.
 
Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
 
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:59 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
  • Children aged 4-9 are permitted to participate only in snorkeling and must be under the supervision of an adult. They are not allowed to partake in other water activities. Youths aged 10-14 permit participation in only Banana Boat and Parasailing activities. Seniors aged 61 - 80 are permitted to participate only in snorkeling. They are not allowed to partake in other water activities. Guests who are pregnant or have high blood pressure, heart disease and bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour. On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
