I was lucky enough to join a tour group full of foreigners and received a bilingual guide. Although there was only one attraction, the guide still completed the tour very diligently. The fee was not expensive, even cheaper than taking a taxi there on my own. The car was also clean and comfortable. Zhujiajiao was also very beautiful. The first part was quite commercialized, but it got much better later. It was a beautiful Jiangnan landscape that was very close to the city.

I really enjoyed the banquet show. The performers were great, and I loved everything from the dancing to the musical instruments. I was also impressed by the atmosphere: the way they greeted guests, the table service—everything was top-notch. The outfits and makeup were done beautifully and quickly. If you like spicy food, you'll love the entire menu. The dishes are delicious, but a bit spicy for Europeans. The show is in Chinese with English subtitles. However, the subtitles aren't shown for all scenes, but you can still get the gist of the performance. The show was so engaging that you barely even noticed the time passing. We highly recommend attending!

My family took the Zhujiajiao and Huangpu River private tour (in English). We confirmed our reservation via WeChat the day before departure. The driver and our guide, Jenny, arrived before the scheduled time and provided detailed explanations of the sights. Although we were pressed for time to board the cruise due to city traffic, veteran guide Jenny asked a colleague to prepare our tickets in advance, allowing us to board just in the nick of time. We had absolutely no trouble communicating with Jenny in English. The tour with the kind and responsible Jenny was enjoyable and memorable. I will use this service again if I visit Shanghai in the future.

There are no excursion services there, and they only sent the code after I asked for it. Why do they even bother with gathering or a group? When they just send the code for independent entry the day before. What if I didn't have internet? Why didn't they send it right away?
