After much deliberation, I chose this tour company. I originally planned a two-day trip, but ended up booking a one-day tour because it was a last-minute decision, and the latest high-speed train back to Chengdu departed at 9 PM. I was prepared to check if I could reschedule. Our driver and guide, Mr. Huang, was excellent. From the initial notification to the final drop-off at the station, everything was organized and efficient. He anticipated my needs, and I could see him right outside the station. He even told us on the way there that there was a high-speed train we could reschedule, saving us from arriving in Chengdu late at night – a real lifesaver! The scenery in Jiuzhaigou was breathtaking, the itinerary was very full, and all my travel companions were punctual. It was a perfect trip.

An efficient and punctual service. The driver notified me (I had indicated beforehand where we would be stopping) at the correct stop upon arrival. We got a little confused finding the departure point because there was construction in that part of the station and dozens of people approached us trying to get us to book their transport or accommodation (I suppose).

Very comfortable bus. Punctual for pickup and arrival... I would improve the cleanliness of the luggage compartment; the backpacks came out quite dusty.

Overall, the travel experience was excellent. First, the scenery along the way was truly beautiful, and the children had a wonderful time. Second, the driver's service was superb; he not only drove smoothly but also proactively helped with luggage and taking photos. The travel concierge was also very patient in communicating any issues that arose during the trip. And considering everything, the price was reasonable. I rarely leave reviews, but this time I absolutely had to give it a positive review!!!

Our assigned driver, Master Zhang, was waiting for us on our arrival at HLJZG station. He drives safely & insides of his car is very clean. And he is really a pleasant and considerate guy. Highly recommended to book a larger car for your group to have lots of room for the long car ride! 🙃 And anything not so clear about the itinerary, just ask and the team will respond 🙂


