[Age Policy] Children aged 1-12 are eligible for child pricing, while those aged 13 and above must purchase adult tickets. Children must be accompanied by an adult for both purchase and travel.

How to use

This itinerary is highly susceptible to weather conditions, and groups with fewer than 4 people require reconfirmation. Please be sure to call the operator (contact details can be found on your e-ticket) between 19:30-21:00 the night before your trip to confirm whether your itinerary can proceed as scheduled. If your trip cannot proceed due to weather conditions, you may choose to reschedule or cancel.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

[Age Requirement] Children under 12 years old (height must exceed 1.1 meters) are eligible for child pricing, while those aged 13 and above must pay adult prices. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
[Weight Requirements] All guests will be strictly weighed before the hot air balloon ride. Please provide accurate weight information, which must not exceed 130 kg. If overweight, please inform us in advance, and we will contact the activity company to inquire about possible arrangements.
[Height Requirement] Infants are not allowed to ride, and children must be taller than 1.1 meters.
This activity requires a minimum of 4 participants. For bookings with fewer than 4 people, please contact the activity company at least one day prior to departure to confirm group formation.
Please provide valid contact information. Guests must contact the activity company between 7:30pm and 9:00pm the day before the activity to confirm the departure time (English must be used).
Recommended items to bring: camera, outdoor sports clothing/shoes.
