This was a wonderful experience! Our chef, Lom Ang was a terrific host. She guided us through the market, explaining what traits she looks for in fresh food and herbs/spices. The food was delicious and so fresh. In particular, the yellow chicken curry was incredible! ★

Departed Ho Chi Minh City at 8:25, crossed the border at 11:20, departed at 12:30, and arrived in Phnom Penh at 16:35. There was a break along the way. The guide handled the immigration procedures for us, which made it easy.★

Staff at the restaurant were friendly and spoke little English, which is helpful if you can't speak Chinese. The restaurant opens at 14:00 for the afternoon tea. The snacks were beautiful and delicious! The views are spectacular!★
