My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔★

It's convenient because you can board the train just by showing the QR code after making a reservation. It's cheaper than buying a ticket at the station, and I liked that I didn't have to wait in line at the ticket machine.★

Super value for money, lots of the ‘afternoon tea’.Tour of the sights was great, would have been even better to see the Christmas lights on Oxford Street and Regents Street, however all the other iconic sights were on the tour, so still rated 5/5. Dee our waitress was really lovely, evening taking pictures of myself and my friend on the bus, as well as being very attentive when needed. Throughly enjoyed the whole experience!★
