Infants under 1 year old, pregnant women, seniors over 60, and customers with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, any chronic or acute diseases, or those who have undergone major surgery within the last 3 months are not recommended to participate in this itinerary. Those who conceal such conditions will be held responsible for the consequences. No refunds will be issued for the itinerary, and participants will need to arrange their own transportation back to the hotel.

3. The charter package typically only includes boat usage, drinking water, and basic snorkeling equipment. If you exceed the maximum number of passengers allowed in the package, or require additional services such as a guide, hotel transfers, meals, or recreational activities, please consult our customer support for detailed information and any applicable surcharges.

4. When going out to sea, carefully follow the safety instructions from the captain and staff. Wear safety equipment such as life jackets as required, and adhere to the planned route and schedule. Do not alter the itinerary arbitrarily to avoid dangerous situations.

5. If the trip cannot proceed due to weather conditions or vessel malfunction confirmed by the ship operator, we will contact you to cancel or reschedule. No additional compensation will be provided.

6. After booking a private charter, please arrive at the arrival pier at least 30 minutes in advance if traveling independently. Full charges will apply for late arrivals due to personal reasons. Additional fees will be incurred for exceeding the allocated time during the charter. Please take note.

7. Please check your personal belongings carefully and avoid carrying valuables to prevent unnecessary charges due to oversight. You will be responsible for any lost items.

8. During the chartered boat trip, please comply with environmental regulations, avoid littering, and help protect the marine ecosystem.
