I picked it up at Terminal 2 of Taiwan Taoyuan Airport, but it might be a little difficult to find. After exiting the departure gate, take the escalator down to the Airport Rail Link entrance gate. If you turn around after reaching the gate, you will see a small counter where you can pick it up. You must enter all the way to the Airport Rail Link entrance gate. Although the photo on Trip.com might look clear, it is hidden, so you need to look carefully.★

This pass very good for value, it give me idea to explore Kaohsiung for it best. I start to visit GmDragin andnTiger Pagoda in the morning and continued to Pier 2 Port, claimed the gift and used for Kultural Yacht. I continue to SKM park play until sunset and bact to Pier port area and get on the River Love Boat. Ofc the MRT and LRT around is included, and my day was packed and interesting.★

I arrived at the lounge around 6:30AM on Chinese New Year day. There was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. The lady at the desk seemed confused when I presented the QR code until I mentioned buying from Trip. Make sure to mention it's a Trip QR code because they use another device to scan. I was let in after she verified my boarding pass. It wasn't difficult to find empty seats in any area except for the very back left, which had 2 massage chairs and 3 lay down chairs that were popular for obvious reasons. There are a few buffet stations (with limited Western options). The drinks station has coffee, tea, water, soda. A cold bar area had various salad, fruits, toast, and a mini fridge with milk and orange juice. The hot bar area has steamed buns, dumplings, dim sum, and catering pans with other hot dishes. The last station provides made to order noodle and rice dishes (beef noodle soup is the most popular). Next to that are western hot foods like hash browns, bacon, and eggs.★
