How to use
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - It is mandatory to arrive 20 minutes before. - Next to the beach, there is ample free parking space available. - Life jackets will automatically inflate in the event of an emergency. Customers intentionally inflating their life jackets in non-emergency situations will be subject to an additional charge of €50 each. - Upon boarding and disembarking from the boat, it is possible to get your feet wet. - According to the law in Portugal, it is expressly forbidden to disembark people inside any cave, ensuring the safety of everyone and the protection of the caves -To ensure the respect for all passengers, delays are not tolerated. The boat will depart at the appointed time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
