Excellent Great Ocean Road day tour. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well air-conditioned throughout. Our driver and guide was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone had a great day. He timed the stops well so we had plenty of time to enjoy the views and get good photos, and the lunch stop was solid too. Impressive how smoothly the whole day ran given the number of travellers. Highly recommend.

The itinerary was excellent, and I had a wonderful afternoon. The entire trip included transportation and meals, and the staff were very attentive! I especially hope that more people will learn about animal rescue camps like this, and that the elephants can spend their twilight years here in peace and happiness. Mr. Hong, who picked us up on bus PXC238, was very patient throughout the trip. Surprisingly, our travel companions were Thai and Singaporean friends, which made the trip even more enjoyable 😃. From booking to the end of the trip, every step was satisfactory and pleasant. The itinerary was well-planned, and he clearly explained the precautions and routes we needed to take during the trip 🫡. There were no forced shopping trips or extra fees. Mr. Hong consistently took us to the best viewpoints. My wife was sleep-deprived and hadn't eaten much that morning, so she was initially hesitant to go back when we reached the foot of the snow mountain. However, Mr. Hong encouraged her, and after eating something, she felt refreshed and decided to go up Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. She was very happy and glad she hadn't missed the beautiful scenery 😀. A huge thank you to Mr. Hong for his warm hospitality! I highly recommend him and look forward to our next trip! I will also recommend him to my friends!

Everything went perfectly. We booked a private tour with a driver. The car arrived on time, and the interior was clean and comfortable. We visited the Great Wall of China and the city of Gubeishui Zhen. The wall here is very picturesque, and since there were practically no people around, we were able to fully enjoy the walk. Gubeishui Zhen is a special delight! A very atmospheric city, stylized to resemble the old days, with every detail thought out. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to spend a day with maximum comfort and benefit!

The itinerary wasn't strictly according to a schedule, but it was quite reasonable. The time was also very tight. The tour guide was very experienced. The ATV ride wasn't suitable for someone like me with little strength; I couldn't control it, but thankfully the driver helped me, so I experienced it from the back seat. I saw three Rafflesia flowers, but the price has gone up; the entrance fee is 30 Malaysian Ringgit (it used to be 20). You absolutely must try the black pork; it's so delicious, with a charcoal-grilled flavor! Great value for money!


