Before using this, I activated roaming on my phone from a network in Thailand, but when I arrived in China, I encountered problems that they couldn't resolve. Go directly to the airport passenger terminal. The new address is: Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2, Tourist Bus Waiting Hall (L3), counters 13-14. The bus departs as soon as it is full, which is very convenient. You don't have to drag your luggage around. Just get off at your chosen port. You don't have to get off the bus for Hong Kong customs clearance. Great!

I will definitely be using this service again in the future. I booked transport from my hotel in Shenzhen to honking international T1 airport. Staff were very helpful beforehand with pickup times /traffic and getting to airport on time. Took approx 50 minutes than included border control. All very easy and comfortable.


