The customer service team communicated via WeChat throughout the trip to arrange the itinerary. The driver himself doesn't speak Chinese, but he's an excellent photographer, very friendly, and will use translation software to communicate with you! John's tour is very well organized, and the driver was very punctual! The first two islands were very interesting. The tour guide was easy to understand and friendly. However, the third island, May Rut, could be skipped; it's simply a tourist trap. The beach is far too small, and the sun loungers are overpriced. But overall, it was a nice trip!
