Getting the tickets with a "voucher exchange" is mire confusing than the actual process. Once purchase is confirmed, you can just go to the Opera House Welcome Center (lower floor of entrance podium) where the staff will have you registered. Take the provided tickets and go to the nearby meeting place directed by the agent. The 0915 tour allowed access to the main hall and three of the smaller halls. It was thorough and excellent with good pacing. The included meal / drink is at either of two restaurants not far from the Welcome Center on the same esplanade. Limited menu that is better at the Opera Bar than the other choices. We're happy with everything - far superior value to a shore excursion.★

Two adults and one kid eventually are the only people who form the group in this tour. Glad that they consider to arrange the tour in this small group. Tour guide Chen is friendly and with excellent time management. We managed to go to gah gah lookout before dolphin watching. This is an exceptional experience. We managed to see many dolphins during the trip, they are actually get right next to the boat. The koala part would be a nice if you want to fill up your day. The sea and sand view before sand sliding is amazing, quite unique view, it’s like dessert next to the sea. Chen managed to complete the trip at 6pm. We can walk around Central after that.★
