Overall, we had a really nice experience in gorgeous Istanbul and we were very happy with the pass. It offers a great variety and good value considering the number of attractions included. We also took advantage of some discounts included in the package. I’d also like to highlight how excellent the customer support was: always very reactive, fast and helpful whenever I had a question. You should be aware that the "guided" part of the visits is very short and simple, and is mainly used to skip the line: if you are interested in learning more, you must be willing to do it independently (it is still possible to access personal guides at discounted prices, but we haven't tried it). The web platform is well-designed and easy to use. So overall, I rate the service positively and would purchase it again.★

A beautiful, well-preserved palace with excellent views of the Bosphorus. Easily accessible by public transport. It's highly recommended to buy tickets in advance to avoid queuing. Bring headphones to listen to the audio guide on your phone. The audio guide provided by the tour operator doesn't match the numbers on the palace signs.★

Despite it being very cold to walk around the deck, the views from inside were excellent, and I really enjoyed the trip. There was also a great bilingual guide (thank you, Camilla!), and they served hot tea with a variety of Turkish sweets. A very pleasant experience overall.★

The onboard staff were helpful and attentive, the dancers were very talented and engaging, and the views were breathtaking. The food was average.
