The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.

Excellent tour. I really enjoyed everything. Our Russian-speaking guide, Andrey, led the city tour. He showed me all the city's iconic sites, told me the history, and shared his life hacks. He even helped me get a SIM card. 😁 I highly recommend him; everything was great.

Overall, well planned and good experience. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. Van was new, large, and clean. We did a private tour and communication was good via WeChat. We were picked up at 8:30am and returned back to the hotel at 7:45pm. It was a long day visiting both Suzhou and Zhouzhuang, but I don’t think it would be worth visiting on two separate days. The reason for only 4 stars was that we were charged an additional 3 hours at 150 RMB/hr. After the booking was confirmed, the tour operator said the tour is only for 8 hours of time even though the description on Trip.com said the tour would be 9am-8pm. Seemed like a bit of a bait and switch. They should just put that on the description if there are additional hourly charges.

It was a pretty fun to visit and half day trip although you get quite bored at the end. We thought the boat ride was included but it turned out that it was additional fee. I would say the boat ride was unique but not worth the price.

We had an amazing experience at Disneyland Shanghai thanks to our wonderful guide, Maria. Even before the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly taken care of by texting you the arrangement for the day. Maria arranged priority access to the rides, which made a huge difference in maximizing our time in the park — we were able to enjoy so many attractions without the usual long waits. What truly stood out was her knowledge and enthusiasm. As she guided us through the different zones, she shared interesting insights, tips, and stories that really brought the park to life. It felt like we weren’t just visiting, but fully experiencing everything Disneyland had to offer. Maria was also incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable, well-paced, and enjoying every moment. Her friendly and warm personality made the day even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Maria to anyone visiting Disneyland Shanghai — she turns a great trip into an unforgettable one!


