Wow, what an amazing experience. Rene was such a friendly and informative guide and never once did I feel rushed. The bus from the hotel to the airport, and then again at Iguazu were all on time and all drivers were very helpful. The National Park was just fantastic and the Falls exceeded all expectations. We were lucky that we were able to board the train earlier that expected, and the final boat ride was an experience I will never ever forget★

We had the good fortune of taking this tour with Letizia. Unfortunately, about 45 minutes into our two hours with her, a torrential rain started, upending all that she had planned to show us. With great good humor, we made a mad dash into a small pastry shop where we rode out the storm having her buy us various items of street food and sweets and explaining their place in Sicily life, and just talking about Ortigia and Sicily at large. We didn't see everything she wanted to show us, but we loved our time with her, learned a lot, laughed a lot, and ate some wonderful food. Thank you Letizia for a very fun time.★

Really good hiking program on Etna. The guides are friendly and told is interesting facts about the vulcano. The hike itself is easy, takes roughly 3 hours with a lot of stops when you can rest. Prepare for the unprwdictable weather, we started in sunshihe and shirts and endid up in jackets and hail 🙂 100% recommend
